A team of WPI professors led by Prof. Fatemeh Ganji received an NSF MRI grant entitled “MRI: Acquisition of High-Resolution Photon Emission/Laser Fault Injection Microscope with High-Performance Computers for Failure Analysis and Security Assessment of Electronic Syst”.
